FAMILY BACKGROUND:
A 31-year-old mother and her partner in Dover are raising two young sons, a 4-year-old and a baby who is just 2 months old. Their baby was delivered early because a mass was found in his liver. He has already had surgery and rounds of chemotherapy. Mom is unemployed and has fallen behind on bills, and she knows this holiday season will be tough. Her 4-year-old is the best big brother, but with all of the baby's medical needs it has been hard to explain why his little brother needs extra love and attention.
