Navy veteran and single mother of four hoping to put smiles on her children’s faces this Christmas

FAMILY BACKGROUND:
This Navy veteran is a single mother raising four children, ages 11, 6, 5 and 3. She works hard every day to make sure her children have what they need, but her limited income only covers the basic bills and after-school care, and there is very little left over. This year has brought many struggles and obstacles, yet she keeps standing strong for her children. Her biggest wish this Christmas is to fill their home with joy, love and happiness despite their circumstances. Being chosen would lift a huge weight off her shoulders and give her family a little extra hope this holiday season.
