FAMILY BACKGROUND:
A U.S. Army veteran in North Plainfield is a single father who lives with PTSD. He became a father at just 15, and through every hard season since, he has found a way to support his children. Today his oldest, a daughter, is in her first year at a state university, and his two sons are still at home.
