Our purpose
Operation Holiday® is a nonprofit organization that helps families, seniors, veterans and college students at Christmas. This website exists to share our programs and to let families apply, sponsors give and volunteers serve.
Applications
Everything you write on an application must be true and complete. Applications are reviewed, and some are chosen at random for full verification. Anyone who knowingly gives false information is rejected and may be suspended from our programs. Being accepted means you are listed for sponsors to see; it does not guarantee that you will be adopted.
Sponsors
When you adopt a family or send a Concierge request, you are making a pledge to provide gifts for the household you choose. Please follow the instructions and deadlines in your sponsor letter so every family receives its gifts on time. Family information you receive is private: use it only to shop for and deliver your gifts, and never share it.
Volunteers, partners and vendors
Signing up does not guarantee a role, a spot or a booth. Our team confirms each one directly.
Donations
Gifts are made through secure payment services and are subject to their terms. Operation Holiday® uses every gift to carry out its charitable mission.
Our name and content
Operation Holiday®, Operation Holiday at Home® and Every Day Is Christmas® are registered trademarks. The words, photos and designs on this website belong to Operation Holiday® and may not be copied without written permission.

Some pages link to other websites, such as payment services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
